This review is for treating a repeat customer poorly. The person on the phone got our order wrong, and when I called back to let them know we got the wrong item delivered, he said oh that's what you ordered. I just had dental work done so I ordered dumplings because they are soft. They brought me wontons which are hard crags of pain waiting to happen. He told me he is Mack the owner, and that he took the order so I ordered wrong, he doesn't make mistakes. I said why would I order something that I cannot eat, and his response was that I am just having a bad day and it's my fault, and that I shouldn't argue with him. I reminded him we are repeat customers and order almost weekly from him, and he said he has plenty of customers. He said he would send back the correct item, but he would have to charge me the difference for the item cost. Meanwhile, I am left with food I can't eat but have been charged for on my credit card.

It was good when I first started going there then actually went in there and ordered food and found a twisty tie in my rice complained about it and still had to pay for it. Then tonight the food was really lacking flavor and seemed like it was old. Told the lady and all she said was I am new here. Well this was my last time going there ever again

I've eaten at this place a few times. Tonight, I had a bad experience. I called my order in to pick up. When I arrived, all three employees were teenagers with bad attitudes dressed in jeans and Tshirts. I waited another 10 min for my order... The crab ragoons should just be called "ragoons" as their is barely ANY crabmeat in them. I've bitten into hard chunks in the chicken (gross!) but the egg rolls are pretty tasty. Not sure if I'll be going back...

I went today with some people from work who LOVE Chinese food... me, I'm not a fan. But, I had the spicy tofu and it was ok. Service is fast enough, even for lunch and the glasses were clean :p The guys seem to think its good for sure... maybe the dinner is better I don't know. I have a hard time with this since I'm not a huge fan of chinese, but I guess good enough is all I can say? I think the food is eh, the ambiance (if you can call it that), is eh ... don't go out of your way for this place! I warning for sure, DO NOT order the Pad Thai... huge mistake!

For a quick "Chinese-American" meal it's the best around not too greasy and a reasonable price for a satisfying dinner!!

"It is very bad. Tasted ugly and it was not even tasted like Chinese food. I will never go there again."

Honestly, when I think Americanized Chinese food I think three stars immediately... Its just delicious "bad" food, if you know what I mean... I always order the same thing (sweet and sour chicken/pork) because it can't be messed up... or can it?? My boyfriend and I ordered take out from New Panda because the menu was left in our hotel room... First gripe- when you are delivering food to a hotel (which you've provided your menu to) include silverware :/ The fried rice was terrible... it was literally rice that had been tossed in an oily frying pan, no egg, no onion, no nothing (the worst I've ever had). His shrimp lo mein was oily noodles with fried shrimp (again no vegetables- he found one shred of carrot and a couple slivers of bok choy) The egg roll/spring rolls were good, crispy (a tad small though). Honestly, the only part of my meal I truly enjoyed was the fried chicken wing (which I normally throw out)... Anyhow, hope you have better luck- we are luckily not from here...

A family run restaurant that serves decent americanized chinese. I ordered the sesame chicken meal deal they had. It came with a chicken wing, egg roll, and rice. I wish it came with soup, because it was ass cold outside. I was staying at the Broadmoor for work, which unless you were super rich, had nothing affordable nearby. I walked two miles to this place, and was crazy hungry once I got here. It was kinda hidden behind an Albertsons, and it looked like the whole mini mall was abandoned, but tucked in the corner is New Panda. While I was there, there must have been at least 20 to go orders, so it's very popular with the locals as far as to go/delivery orders.

Best take-out chinese food, great spicy seseame and general tso chicken. It's a little expensive though. Fried rice here is also a must.

The delivery service was very fast, but neither my wife nor I were very impressed with the food. I ordered the sesame chicken daily combo w/ fried rice and egg role -- it came with what I think was a bonus crabmeat cheese wonton instead of the chicken wing. The sesame chicken was way too sweet for my taste and the fried rice didn't come with any thing besides rice and soy sauce (no veggies, chicken, etc.). The egg roll was better than your typical americanized egg roll. Nice and crispy, but it was also smaller than usual. The crabmeat cheese wonton was crispy on the top, but very soggy and overly cheesy on the bottom.

This restaurant gets a solid three star from me. I had the fried pork dumplings and pork lo mein. The dumplings come with a chili and chive dip and it was fantastic. The pork in the lo mein was a little dry, but would definitely suggest eating here. It is pretty good. I will be going back and trying some new items in menu

It's fine for when you want fast, cheap, and close.

They messed up our order and when we called to let them know, rather than try to fix it and keep us as customers, he said "sorry" and nothing else. On top of that, the food was not good, stuff that should be crunchy was soggy and stuff that should be softer was crunchy and overcooked. We will not be ordering from here again. Bad service, bad food, rude employees.

I've listed New Panda as a 3 star joint. The food is fairly solid, if not leaning a little towards the Malaysian approach to Chinese food. Portion sizes are very good and don't kill the quality overall. The menu is plentiful so you would be hard pressed to not find what you want. I've had 1 miss with an item I've ordered not being delivered, but I won't totally hold that against them.

I ordered chow mein noodles and was sent watery cabbage with chicken bits and fried chips on the side. When I called back to ask what happened to my order the owner told me that that's how they make chow mein in Colorado and since it was my fault for ordering the meal he wouldn't make it right. A disgusting watery muck is not what I ordered. I will never order from here again and I advise people to order somewhere else. They are not interested in your business after they receive your money.

I ordered delivery from this place while staying at a nearby hotel.. It was horrible. For starters, the delivery took over an hour. The garlic chicken was terribly bland, egg rolls were mediocre and tasteless and the chicken in the sweet and sour chicken had an odd texture. Couldn't even finish our meals. Save yourselves the time and money, I'll never order from this place again :\

8 bucks for a greasy (erm, I mean "juicy"), delicious combo with choice of rice, chicken wing and egg roll. Efficient in a pinch. I'm a big fan of the pork over noodles, it is fantastic. And I always feel my cool factor go up slightly when I bring home those nifty white Chinese take-out boxes. I have no idea if this is quality Chinese food, my palate is woefully Americanized. I'm going to say I doubt it. But New Panda works for what it is. A quick, cheap, easy, tasty meal when you need one.

Decent food for a decent price, great service. Don't listen to all the picky reviews we had a good experience and would come here again for a good cheap meal.

Found a bug in my egg drop soup (see pic) under photos for this business! WON'T EVER be going back to this place again. But I must say the food here was not too bad, I fell in love with their egg drop soup and would get it at least once a week, and I love the crispy noodles that they give to you with the soup. Well a few weeks ago when I got my usual large cup to go, I took it home and when I opened it up to add the noodles there was that HUGE beetle looking bug trapped in the vicious goodness of my egg drop soup! Oh the horror! Oh the humanity!! So I jumped in the car a drove back, the owner seemed really unconcerned and said "So what do you want?"..... "Uhhh dude, How about an apology and my money back?" Well I got back my $4.50 but his attitude was really like "Oh well ish happens man!" So I now get my soup at another place. Just can't get past the image of that bug doing the backstroke in my soup!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
